By using MedBill AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

MedBill AI is a medical bill analysis tool that uses artificial intelligence to identify potential discrepancies, overcharges, and errors in medical bills. Our analysis is informational and does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen or by visiting our Account Deletion page.

Free features are available without payment. Paid subscriptions are available as Monthly ($14.99/month) or Annual ($99.99/year) plans, billed through Stripe. Individual bill analyses can also be unlocked for a one-time fee of $9.99 per bill.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase per our money-back guarantee.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is not a legitimate medical bill or insurance document.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI analysis system.
• Use the service for fraudulent purposes.
• Share your account with others (except family members on the Pro plan).

MedBill AI provides analysis on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that all discrepancies will be found, that savings estimates are exact, or that appeal letters will result in bill reductions. Always verify findings with your healthcare provider and insurance company.

Thorsen Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of MedBill AI. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your use of MedBill AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Medical bill data is automatically deleted based on your retention settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
